When the order has been placed, an order confirmation is sent to the customer. This confirmation contains all information about the products ordered, pricing, invoicing and delivery.  An questions can be adressed to info@ullrikebyanki.com.

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days, custom products may take a little longer due to the manufacturing process. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped on the first following weekday. Customers will be informed of exceptions. We will keep you up to date and contact you as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
